Fran is responsible for cell & gene therapies and biosimilars at Cardinal Health. Her background includes extensive clinical, health economics and outcomes research, trade and commercial experience in the payer/PBM, specialty pharmacy and biotech manufacturer spaces. Her career reflects a consistent focus on complex, innovative, high-value pharmaceuticals, and a passion for breaking down barriers to access and care. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Cincinnati, a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science from University of Cincinnati.

Leigh A Denny, PharmD, Senior Director, Value and Evidence Scientific Engagement

Leigh specializes in health economics and outcomes research, translational science, oncology and competitive strategy, clinical account management, and has a history in Hospital and Specialty Pharmacy leadership. Dr. Denny earned her undergraduate and Pharm.D. degrees from Purdue University. She began her career in long term care consulting, MCO Owned specialty pharmacy operations, clinical hospital pharmacy and IDN leadership, serving as a Director of Pharmacy before moving into her 18 year experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Philip Marjon, MD, MS, Physician
California Cancer Associates for Research & Excellence

Dr. Philip Marjon earned his M.D. from the University on NM School of Medicine, followed by residency at Lankenau Medical Center and a Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Boston University RWMC. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Hematology. He now practices in Southern California with cCARE Navista and is focused on bringing clinical trials and modern therapies. Driven by personal experience, Dr. Marjon has contributed to significant research in tumor signaling and immunotherapy published in journals like Molecular Cancer and Leukemia.
